About

Hello and thank you for stopping by!

A bit about me…
There are many words for what I do –  Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Health Coach, Entrepreneur…
I use many ancient and modern methods to simplify, educate, inspire, and guide myself and others to their mental and physical harmony.
I didn’t choose the word “harmony” for my business. It chose me! Somehow mysteriously it always found a way into my life. I can tell you some curious stories about it if you ask :). With time, I realized that it was the perfect word to express who I am and my Dharma, purpose in life.
In 2021 I turned 50 and I like to reveal my age to people because as several of my students, patients and friends said, I am my own testament to what I preach – a healthy lifestyle.
I don’t have a dramatic story to impress you of how I got into health and healing. Even though I’ve experienced a near-death experience in my childhood, it wasn’t what got me fascinated with the human design, healing and the mysteries of life and creation. My first conscious acquaintance with mysticism and energy healing took place around 30 years ago when a friend and yoga practitioner in the former USSR gave me session with a healer as a present. The healer told me about my chakras but it looked and sounded way too strange for me back then. Later, during my 3 years of living in Japan where I took my first yoga classes and became friends with a Japanese monk will rekindle my interest in the unseen world of energy. And then my Bali phase with its adventures and exploration of life in my 30s further sparked my interest in the sacred geometries, creativity, and healing. Fast forward a couple of years and I booked myself into a yoga teacher training in South Africa out of curiosity (I didn’t plan to be a yoga teacher :). Then Santosh Puri Ashram in India with its serendipitous events got me into the fascinating world of Ayurveda and a strange kind of yoga that I couldn’t understand at that time (It became MY kind of yoga in the last few years!). And finally learning shamanic healing and therapeutic yoga in New Zealand with direct disciples of Swami Satyananda made me realize that a successful career in marketing and a lucrative job at Microsoft was not what I was born to do in this world.
Long story short, life guided me to transition to the world of all things holistic to fulfill my purpose in life.
I now live in Southern Spain with my partner Alfonso and my step-son Bruno.
In the last ten years, I have been working with thousands of people as a Yoga & Ayurveda Therapist and have run beginner and advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings for those interested in therapeutic yoga.
It has been my long-term dream to have a beautiful place where I could live and work, where people would heal and students would live and learn.
Finally, my dream came true and Harmony Home materialized :).  I hope you come to experience my work in this place of harmony.

My mission, my medicine, and my message to you.

I am fascinated with how we, humans, are designed and how our minds and bodies work… our energetic bodies and the flow of energy. I am amazed with the power of the mind to heal the body and vice versa. I have done dozens of courses, retreats, and programs all over the world, read thousands of books and I can’t stop learning and discovering. The more one dives into the fascinating world of conscious living, small miracles become the norm of the everyday life, the less one needs any scientific explanation. It makes one more quiet, humble and mesmerized with life and creation. I am on a mission to show you what harmony feels like and make your life simpler, more pleasant and better in quality.

  • What I really love is to simplify and demystify complex concepts and make natural health knowledge accessible and practical.
  • My medicine is awareness, lifestyle, nourishment, movement, relaxation, nature, and sound.
  • When we remember who we are and find the vision and courage to live our dreams, we inspire others to do the same. When we live our truth, we uplift everyone around us.
  • I teach people to experience and to spend more time in the state of harmony till it becomes their second nature. Harmony is a skill that all can learn.
  • Whatever you do, notice life. Consciously observe. Be grateful for every moment – joyous or sad. A moment, minute, or an hour not noticed is life lost.
